The Cuisinart Coffee Plus 12-cup programmable coffee maker can brew up to twelve cups of coffee.

It has a one to four cup setting for smaller pots of coffee. It is totally programmable with auto on and off.

This is great for someone like me who tends to leave the coffee maker on all day only to come back and find the pot totally burned.

There is a convenient clock on the coffee maker that can be easily programmed. I like the adjustable temperature control for the carafe, another great safeguard to keep from burning the coffee and the pot.

This feature is also good for people who like to add a lot of milk or creamer to their coffee. You can set the carafe temperature on high to serve coffee with cream at the perfect temperature.

This coffee maker also has a hot water system for making tea and cocoa. Instant oatmeal and instant soups can be made in an instant too, no need to microwave. It's a really cool feature that you don't see on too many coffee makers because you can brew tea at the same time as coffee. It even tells you when the water is ready. I really like this because I really love a good cup of tea in the evening, and hot cocoa for cold nights. My favorite time for cocoa is during the Thanksgiving Day parade with my family, cats, and a homemade coffee cake.

The coffee maker has a safety lock to keep little ones from turning on the hot water, and that is something all coffee makers should have. The Cuisinart Coffee Plus has stainless steel housing for durability, and comes with a 12-cup carafe. I like the brew pause button for mornings when I am in a hurry to get to work, but can't wait for that full pot of coffee. This feature allows me to sneak a cup and go.
