One of my favorite smoothies is banana because they are so easy to make, they are also healthy and really delicious.

My favorite recipe includes a scoop of Garden of Life Raw Meal and a scoop of Garden of Life Green Energy.

I also had a handful of frozen berries with a cup of vanilla soymilk and a cup of blueberry or green juice. – Amazing energy all day, and it keeps you beautiful.

I am such a smoothie fan. Here are some of the best blenders for smoothies. I make one every morning with my immersion blender.

They are really easy to make, and they make you feel so good and full of energy. I made a smoothie this morning with frozen blueberries, cherries, a banana, plant protein powder, mango juice, and vanilla soy milk.

This fruit smoothie should last me until lunch.
